Egg Roll in a Bowl

- 1 pound ground chicken, pork, or turkey I used chicken
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped can used coleslaw mix
- 2-4 green onions chopped
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil or other favorite oil
- 2 tsp ginger fresh or ground
- sesame seeds for garnish
Brown the ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up into smaller bits. Drain any fat.
Add whites of the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and cabbage. Cook, until cabbage becomes tender, about 5 minutes. Stir often.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and cook a minute or two to coat.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
