Ingredients

can
shredded chicken or fresh/leftover
I use the 12.5 oz size.
1
can
crushed pineapple, small
drain, save the juice
1/2
cup
pecans or walnuts, chopped
your preference
1/2
cup
diced celery
1/2
cup
grapes
sliced in half or quarters
1/3-1/2
cup
mayonnaise
as needed
Instructions
Mix first five ingredients together. Add mayonnaise, just enough to moisten. May add some of the pineapple juice as well.
Fold together and refrigerate. Serve as sandwiches or on crackers.
Notes
This is a great summery recipe from my mother-in-law. It's always a family favorite!
