Catholic Schools Week – Celebrating How God Made Us Unique!
Recently we celebrated Catholic Schools Week at Holy Angels School. We focused on how God made each of us unique, with our own talents and abilities. We completed activities about how we are all unique, and that even though we all have different interests and backgrounds, there are many things we have in common. Students wrote short descriptions about what makes them unique and completed several activities to enhance the feeling that we can each have differences, but deep down, we are very similar. I decorated my classroom door with this snowflake analogy using the kiddos pictures to more fun! This worked well even though there was not much snow around during the last 2 months!
